The native enterprise began to manufacture its products on the territory of the SEZ “Ontustik” in 2013. Today, the production capacity of the factory is very significant – over 4 million square meters of carpets and rugs, as well as 4 thousand tons of polypropylene yarn per year.
It should be noted that carpets are woven on innovative equipment – on a weaving machine “Michel Van De Wiele” (Belgium), the necessary yarns of the types “BCF”, “HeatSet”, “Freez” are made on machines “Oerlikon Neumag” (Germany).
Owing to our own production of threads, prices for products are significantly lower than foreign analogues. Carpets are woven from three types of threads: the cross thread of the warp is jute, which is produced in Bangladesh, the longitudinal thread is a mixture of cotton and polyester. It is imported from India or China. Also, the pile thread is made at the factory from polypropylene. The factory’s products are sold under the brands TURAN, Khan-Tengri, Alatau, Bars, Saryarka, Ulytau, Alash, Otyrar and have world-class quality.

In 2016, an agreement was signed with a large Swedish company of the IKEA retail chain. It should be noted that IKEA works with those companies that meet its stringent requirements. First of all, they are presented to the quality of products.
Today the company employs more than 200 qualified specialists, many of whom have been trained in production in Turkey. You can buy the company’s products throughout Kazakhstan – more than 400 distributors work in the republic.
