THE SOUTH KAZAKHSTAN COMPANY “BAL TEXTILE” RECEIVED A “GOLDEN STAR” IN GENEVA
The native carpet manufacturer, the South Kazakhstani company “Bal Textile”, was awarded the “Golden Star” (ISAQ prize) in the nomination for the best quality at the last international convention in the Swiss city of Geneva, the press service of the akim of South Kazakhstan region reports.
Our carpet factory was recognized as the best in the competition for the ISAQ award, which is awarded to the largest companies and organizations for quality and achievements in the field of innovation.
The selection is based on such criteria as quality and leadership, the performance of products and the company’s reputation, the formation of a favorable environment for selling goods on the market, as well as technology and innovation.
Over the past 30 years, the reputable company Business Initiative Directions has presented an honorary international award in 179 countries. The organization determines domestic leaders in various fields.
It should be noted that today the “Bal Textile” carpet factory has no analogues in Kazakhstan.
The enterprise began its activity in 2013 within the framework of the Industrialization Map program and specializes in the production of carpets, rugs and polypropylene yarns of the BCF, Heat-Set, Frize brands.
The required raw materials are supplied directly from Turkey, Bangladesh, India, Russia and other countries. The production of carpets is carried out on high-tech Belgian equipment Michel Van De Wiele. Polypropylene synthetic yarns are manufactured using the latest generation equipment from Oerlikon Neumag (Germany), Allma Volkmann, SUPERBA (France).
The production capacity of carpets and rugs is over 5 million square meters per year. And the production capacity of polypropylene yarns is 4000 tons per year. Currently, the factory employs 245 people. The lineup is over 1000, and all are of unique design.
“Bal Textile” products can be found in all cities of Kazakhstan. The factory has over 400 distributors throughout the republic. In addition, there are more than 20 large foreign customers.
In 2016, “Bal Textile” increased its exports by 20-30% by signing an agreement with the Swedish company IKEA and other large enterprises of the EEC.
Now our domestic carpets marked “Made in Kazakhstan” can be found on the shelves of large supermarkets in England, Germany and Russia.
